Jennifer Biggs
Start-up Delivery Leader
The Procter & Gamble Company

"I enjoy going to the floor and learning how we make products first hand. The daily drumbeat of problem solving and defect finding energizes me. Our people, systems, and equipment work together to deliver the best quality product to our consumers around the clock."

Jennifer has developed into a strong leader with sustained results over the last three years. She has achieved these results with a leadership style that embodies all the company’s purpose, values, and principles, using the Pathways to Leadership tools to increase the level of leadership in her department, as well as creating a great culture. Jennifer models Servant Leadership and builds the capability of her organization to deliver sustainable results.

She has the extraordinary ability to combine the technical and leadership skills to deliver business needs by leveraging strengths, removing barriers, being flexible and adaptable, and by managing ambiguous situations to exceed expectations. She generates a clear vision of what can be, and builds collaborative relationships built on respect for different backgrounds, cultures, and strengths of her team. Jennifer always walks the talk on the floor by coaching, mentoring, energizing, and enabling to bring out the best in others to exceed current and future business needs. Jennifer is exceptional at creating an environment that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.

She is passionate about helping the community as well. Jennifer volunteered to join a task force for Say Yes to Education, a non-profit organization that works to send 100% of public educated high school seniors to college or vocational school and guarantee free tuition. Additionally, when she realized the economic impact on jobs in her local community, she started a workshop to help people prepare their resumes and polish interviewing skills.
