Alexandra Grazier
Production Manager
Baker Hughes
Claremore, OK

“I have had several role models along my journey to leadership within the manufacturing industry; however, my parents have had the largest influence. They have shown me that I am capable of anything I set my mind to and how to truly be a leader.”

Alex has demonstrated strong analytical and computer skills, as well as excellent project management skills that have allowed her to quickly take on positions of increasing responsibility at Baker Hughes.  In 2013, the Artificial Lift Leadership Team needed a strong resource to take on the management role for mechanical assembly, test and coating and Alex was the perfect fit. As the production manager she has improved efficiencies by 30% by developing process controls with the support functions to ensure kits and components are available to support assembly processes daily. From her hire in 2011, she was recognized immediately as an emerging leader, constantly requesting more responsibilities and taking on assignments from groups outside of her own.
Alex shares her talents outside the immediate scope of her job.  She participates as a Women’s Resource Group satellite team member, as a member of the Endeavor affinity group for engineers, as a member of the Tulsa Metro BHI professionals group and as a member of the BHI Toastmasters group. She is an American Society of Civil Engineers Associate, Society of Women Engineers  member and an American Concrete Institute member.
Alex has a “can do” attitude. She never backs down from a challenge and motivates others to realize their full potential. She is a change agent who has helped the organization transform itself by focusing on important issues including organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development. Alex has the big picture view, easily able to anticipate next steps required for success. She is a very strong team builder and often volunteers for different projects, events and charities.
