“As an engineer, manufacturing transforms our ideas to reality. I love the collaboration required between manufacturing, supply management, and engineering to provide our customers the products they need. Nothing is more satisfying than delivering our products to a customer in need and seeing the tangible benefit of our collaboration.”
Molly has shared her technical and management talents in numerous capacities while with Siemens. She demonstrates tremendous breadth while excelling and being recognized for her leadership by her managers and peers. Her group has collectively received 6 individual “Siemens You Answered” awards for outstanding performance in the last 10 months, acknowledging work that is “above and beyond” expectations.
Part of Molly’s success can be attributed to her logical approach to problem solving based on a firm grasp of the technical aspects and of engineering. The other part is a result of her people skills. In all her endeavors, Molly strengthens her network of contacts within the organization and leaves peers and co-workers with a strong willingness to support/work with her again in the future. She values the contributions of others and has demonstrated this commitment by volunteering to lead the Inclusion and Diversity Council at Siemens’ Charlotte Campus. In this capacity, she has led the team to conduct regular events to show how our differences make us stronger. Molly has also led a team from Siemens Generator Engineering in the Charlotte Heart Walk for the last 3 years. She is an exceptional role model who excels at all she tackles.
