Erin Reibold
Principal Manufacturing Engineer
Siemens Energy, Inc.

Charlotte, NC

“Manufacturing is exciting because it is dynamic and ever changing.  Global competition creates an environment where challenge is an everyday part of what we do.  Adversity charges us to continually learn, improve, and think outside the box.  We push the envelope and the end result is we reach millions throughout world with better products and services.”

Erin is an effective multi-tasker who excels at a range of projects and tasks that support the generator product line.  She uses her technical and communication skills to review processes and products, to establish budgets, to communicate status to key resources, and manage a running list of both capital and R&D projects.  She is looked to as an effective, reliable team player who always has the best interest of the company in mind.

Erin is a future manager and leader on campus and she offers an exceptional role model for beginning engineers to emulate.  She is passionate about continuing to develop professionally, and has recently completed German language training and American Society for Quality's Root Cause Analysis. In 2011/2012 she won the Performance Team Award for a "Mega-5's" project and she was winner of the Business Excellence Award for lead time reduction.
She goes above and beyond the call of duty in everything she does, personal or professional, and is an oustanding resource.
