“I’m very proud of having spent 21 years at J&J. It is a great company to work. It has allowed me to balance raising 3 lovely children while still pursuing a career in manufacturing. It has provided me with many development opportunities (eg. leading 3 plants within J&J in 3 different countries).”

Ana has the technical knowledge and leadership skills that have helped hundreds of employees grow in their roles.  She has in-depth experience with FDA CFR regulations, Lean Manufacturing, and balanced scorecards.  She is also an avid Six Sigma practitioner.  In her current role Ana provides leadership for the ongoing development of the manufacturing operating model that will drive efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing organization. She will is a critical interface to customers and key stakeholders, including commercial leaders, quality, enterprise manufacturing and network management.

Ana recently received a leadership award for her governance role and contributions in shaping and leading the site.  Over her career she has also received numerous internal awards for impact she made in the quality, manufacturing and delivery of J&J products, with an extensive and complex portfolio.  Each site she has managed has become more effective, robust and highly regarded in its broad community
