Jennifer Hise
Vice President
CEMCO Inc.
Belen, NM

“I am passionate about manufacturing as it is an industry I’ve grown up in. I love providing a solution to customers and contributing to the aggregate/mining industry. I love the size and strength of the equipment and everything involved in the production of the material that is involved in every part of our
lives.”

Jennifer applies a simple formula to accomplish success in manufacturing: meld the talents of the team with the best available manufacturing technologies while adhering to the processes of a Quality Management System that assures products and services exceed customer expectations.  She has been instrumental in the development of a quality management system used corporation-wide to achieve excellent results.  Jennifer has also been a driving force in the installation of a state of the art communications system linking CEMCO personnel, customers and suppliers via computer, conventional telephone, cell phone and electronic note book virtually anywhere in the world.

Jennifer has combined her technical training with real-world experience to become a highly successful woman within the male-dominated manufacturing industry.  One; she was the first female plant manager for TXI;  and her talents, both technical and interpersonal, have garnered respect from her peers.

She also shares her time and talents with the community.  Jennifer has worked diligently with the Greater Belen Chamber of Commerce to have them embrace a more progressive work network to support business minded thinking.  She was honored earlier this year as one of New Mexico Business Weekly's "Women of Influence" in the New Mexico business community. She is an exceptional role model in all of her work, and a positive influence for change.
