The Manufacturing Institute and Deloitte, with support from the Alcoa Foundation, held a Global Symposium on November 20, 2012 in Washington, DC to discuss and exchange best practices and generate strategic manufacturing insights and recommendations for senior executives and policymakers. This was an opportunity to share best practices for possible inclusion in the World Economic Forum Manufacturing for Growth report.
