The Manufacturing Institute has collaborated with several organizations who are leaders in implementing and promoting programs to support veterans in their education and search for employment. This coordinated effort between the Institution and these organizations has resulted in expanding and promoting employment for our veterans.

Institute for Veterans and Military Families

In June 2011, Syracuse University made an institutional commitment to launch the nationally focused Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), a historical first in the context of higher education. The mission of the IVMF is to fully leverage the intellectual, human and social capital of higher education, in service to America’s veterans and their families.
