The Manufacturing Institute is seeking to develop a list of qualified contractors to provide a variety of educational and workforce consulting services via a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Institute may select contractors for future projects from among the qualified respondents to this RFQ. Selections will be based on the competitive qualifications, experience, and hourly rate quoted in the proposals responding to this RFQ. One or more qualified contractors may be asked to provide further details and price information based on the needs of specific projects.

The Institute currently seeks to develop a list of qualified consultants in the following areas:

1. Pathway Development, Curriculum Review, and Course Mapping
Facilitate the development of comprehensive career and education pathways in manufacturing. Build and develop seamless articulation and transfer of credit agreements between community college and four- year schools. Align programs with the Skills Certification System.

2. Training
Design, develop, and/or deliver workshops and webinars especially in the areas of workforce development capacity building and employer engagement.

3.  Project Management
Manage implementation of projects related to workforce industry partnerships. Monitor project deliverables to ensure they are meeting project expectations on time. Manage project budgets and prepare reports.
